Welcome to Crescent Respite Homes in Wyndham Vale, Victoria. Crescent is a 24/7 disability supported accommodation facility providing short-term and mid-term accommodation services to people in receipt of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).Our two-bedroom homes have a built-in ensuite and a private courtyard, designed with our participants in mind. We understand all our participants are unique with their own sense of taste, so we designed our homes to give choices and control to our participants when selecting the home they choose to stay in.All our homes are warm, calming and revitalising. The interior of each home is as unique as our participants, with styles including sophisticated lux, clean and minimalistic, and a fun and energetic oasis. All homes come fitted with luxurious beds with inbuilt massages, a sensory room to aid relaxation and a generously size living space that is both comfortable and rejuvenating.

Our compassionate, fun, and dynamic disability support workers available to our clients 24/7 work with each client to tailor an individual support plan that meets our clients biopsychosocial therapeutic and recreational needs. We provide access to a wide range of core and capacity building supports including improved daily living skills; improved health and wellbeing; assistance with transport; improved relationships; improved learning; increased social and community participation and more. Our therapeutic services consist of a multidisciplinary team made of Behavioural Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, nurses and more. Our clients’ therapeutic needs can be met by a variety of services delivered directly from Crescent Respite Homes and in collaboration with our clients’ existing external support networks.

Recreation at Crescent includes both in-house activities as well as community-based adventures and outings. Fun and therapeutic activities such as art classes, gentle exercises, sightseeing, music jams and movie theatre outings are just a taste of some of the fun-packed activities included in our recreational calendar.

We understand not everyone can have access to disability-supported accommodation, but we are committed to offering our services to whoever is in need of them.
